Nowaday, the art of Vietnamese embroidery often makes by embroideress. Each one is an expert in a technique. Theirs passions for embroidery pass on generation. Here are 3 persons of our embroidereress.
Thao, 33 years old, 15 years of experiences, has a passion for embroidery since childhood. She enjoys embroidering, loves a good, creative challenge.	Vinh, 57 years old, 41 years of experiences, teachs beginners everyday how gently and carefully select each tiny thread with different colors and shades. She always says : be patient and your item will be in the state of the Art.	Thoa, 39 years old, 22 years in the embroidery craft. At the beginning it was a hobby then it became his profession. Embroidering for her is an art and an occupation to obtain financial resources for her family.

There are different methods of work, we explain here one of them. Before embroidering, there are several steps. Each steps of work is checked by a different person.
From the original drawing, we draw a grid with 5 mm squares.	We put a tracing paper on the drawing to reproduce the outlines of the objects.	In the next step, we put a slide in plastic on tracing paper. With a needle, we pierce the plastic slide along the outlines.
We cut a piece of fabric for embroidering.	We put down the plastic slide on the fabric. With a brush we paint with blue ink. The ink soak through the fabric by the holes of the slide.	With painted outline then we insert fabric in tambour embroidery tool.
Keep Steady , guiding by the blue outlin our embroideress works precisly and clearly.	After several hours of embroidery, a quality control is apply. If the product is not correct, we make a knot. We have to start over in some case.	If the product is correct, we wash to remove blue outline. After washing, we check if there is no damaged product. It will not then we iron. We check again and package.

There are 7 quality controls for each product and checked by 7persons. We put great emphasis on quality control, our products are hand made and we make sure the quantity in keeping quality high.
